1. Introduction

Welcome to Memory Master! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of in-app subscription purchases made within the Memory Master app ("the App"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a subscription.

2. Subscription Overview

Memory Master offers subscription plans that provide access to exclusive features and content. Subscription types, features, and pricing may vary based on promotions or geographic locations. All purchases are made through the Google Play Store.

3. Billing and Payment

• Payment: Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be provided for unused periods.

4. Refunds

Subscription purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds or credits for partial subscription periods are not provided.

5. Changes to Subscription Pricing and Terms

We may change the subscription terms, including price or available features. Changes will apply to the next billing period after providing notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

6. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided within the App, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, is the property of Memory Master or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Memory Master and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the subscription service. This includes any interruption, unavailability, or modification of the subscription service.
